Note For Parents: Word Rumble is a Microsopft Power Point Programme that helps children to read the high frequency words quickly. It contains 50 words (croc and dinos). The word "going" is the last croc word, so for those new children it can be stopped there. For those children who are more advanced with their writing, the power point can be slowed down in the "animations" tool bar and children can write each word on a whiteboard or scrap paper. About 5 seconds per word should be enough. If you don't have Powerpoint, handmade flash cards will do the same job. We do Word Rumble every day.
